First of all, let me start by saying our house was completed ONE WEEK before anticipated. This is unheard of in the construction world! This was in the setting of a Covid world with significant delays on everything for everyone. J.D.A. was super organized, knew what they needed to order ASAP and what could wait. We were shocked that things went as smoothly as they did, but that's how J.D.A. rolls. They are thorough, detail oriented. Every person on the team plays a valuable role and is a pleasure to work with. Jordan was our lead, she was very professional but so genuine and kind, super responsive, and kept everything so well organized that it helped me feel less stressed throughout the process. David was our house "super" and he was the absolute best. Very detail oriented, perfectionist type. Nothing gets by him!

In the years (even decades) before deciding on our current J.D.A. home, we witnessed many small, old Vienna homes being replaced with shiny, new, custom estates. - Hiring Dennis to build our home was like asking a friend to build it. He was easy to work with and explained his approach to the work and the pros/cons of things we were considering.
- Jordan and Myra had great design ideas. We knew generally what we wanted, but they were able to translate our ideas into a pleasing design. These ladies were fun to work with.
- Lucio and his construction team were pleasant and accommodating – more importantly, they were skilled professionals.
- The Advice:
- Never having purchased a new home, let alone taking on the building of one, we were not aware of all the details and decisions that were required. Dennis took a good bit of time to walk us through the process and the architectural aspects of the project. He also provided excellent advice on two important aspects of the project – construction loans/insurance and home deconstruction. With his connections, we quickly obtained financing and were also able to have our home deconstructed. This allowed for the various components, from HVAC to plumbing, to be donated rather than having the house demolished and sent to the landfill.
- Jordan made the process of selecting the exterior and interior finishes, fixtures, etc. very easy. Myra worked with us on several walk-throughs during construction to ensure that we considered details like the placement of electrical outlets and LAN / TV connections.

I would like to give a testimonial for J.D.A. (Dennis, Jordan, Myra, Lucio, David and the entire team). This is the third house I have built, however it is the first house I have built without my husband. I was hesitant to take on this project but the J.D.A. team made it as pleasant as it could be. I wanted a bedroom on the first floor and Dennis was able to accommodate that and beyond, making it a lovely suite that works so well with the rest of the living space on the first floor. The construction of the house is very good but I was most pleased with the help I had with the detail inside the house. J.D.A. worked with me during the time I was trying to sell my other house so we had our challenges. At the end it was everything I wanted.
