J.D.A. offers our clients total construction management - from site selection and necessary development through plan design, engineering, permitting, and the selection of colors, materials, and design aspects that will make your home yours. Our team works hard to deliver your vision for your home in a way that instills confidence and security throughout the entire process.

​The Lot
When it comes to choosing the site for your future home, J.D.A. offers you several options:
1. J.D.A. will build on your own lot
2. You can choose a lot from J.D.A.'s inventory
3. J.D.A. will assist you in finding an available lot

​​Home Design
J.D.A. offers you the opportunity to work with our architect to design the home of your dreams. When working with J.D.A., you also have the option of choosing from one of our existing home plans and modifying it to fit what you need and want.

​Making Selections
J.D.A. provides you with a designer who works with you on the full scope of design selections for your new home. Our selections process is detailed and organized to streamline the process for making your new home perfectly suited to you. 

​Financing
J.D.A. offers offer two types of construction programs:

1. A turnkey building program in which J.D.A. purchases the lot and secures the construction financing.
2. J.D.A. can also build on your lot, working with you and your lender to secure the required financing. If you do not already have a lender, J.D.A has ongoing relationships with numerous lenders to not only help secure construction loans, but also assist you in securing a permanent mortgage loan.
